I had a very positive experience with Steve and his team. I brought my Porsche Taycan in due to an abnormal noise coming from the A/C system, and from start to finish, the service was professional, transparent, and reassuring. The team carried out a thorough inspection, including software update checks, high-voltage system diagnostics, battery and thermal system inspection, wheel alignment and tyre condition check, as well as a detailed A/C system and vibration assessment. Everything was explained clearly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. What I really appreciate is that they did not rush to replace parts or suggest unnecessary repairs. Instead, they focused on proper diagnosis and verification to make sure the car was safe and operating as it should. This shows strong technical knowledge, especially when it comes to EVs and premium vehicles. After the checks and adjustments, the issue was resolved and the car is now operating normally. The entire experience gave me confidence that my car was handled by people who genuinely understand EV systems and care about doing things the right way. As a nice bonus, the car was also returned clean and washed, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy EV and hybrid specialist, especially owners of premium electric cars. I will definitely return for future servicing.

There was an issue with my Tesla Model Y headlamp and Steve, the person in charge was very prompt and gave great service. Managed to resolve the issue and always updated me if there were any issues. Would definitely recommend them
