Castrol Auto Service Workshop - Exceed Auto Services (4-Star Certified Workshop)

I called beforehand to ask the price to change ATF oil before coming. I told him i’m bringing my own oil and asked upah beforehand. It was RM40. Once i reach, nobody greeted me or asked me what i want to repair. I told them i called you before coming. They just continue doing their things and didn’t care. I brought my oil out and kept there. After 6-7min, he started to go to my car. Perhaps for people 6-7mins is short time but when nobody say anything or talk anything when you arrive, and you just wait there like statue, it feels long and you also don’t know when they going to service you. It was a super simple procedure. Took him less than 5mins to drain out and fill in new ATF. I really feel RM40 upah is too much for this. I don’t mind paying extra but at least care for the customer a bit. Check other safety points of the car too. At least check whether my water tank is full, tyre pressure is good, brake pad, tyre flower or drive the car and let me know if anything needs servicing. When i drove out, there was 2 lorries blocking my way. They also didn’t bother to help me. No passion in doing your job. I won’t come again.

I needed to find a workshop to replace the worn-out brake pads on my car, so I came across Exceed Auto Services. I will definitely return to them for any future car maintenance needs.

Very helpful and fast service. Had issue with the car engine shut off intermittently. He immediately know it is the battery connection issue and solve it without charging us.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, cars running well after service and repair without any lingering problems. Highly recommended.
