Kedai ni agak sukar nak terima kereta rosak yang tidak claim insurance. Nak tapau kaw2 punya baru mau repair. Sangat mengecewakan!

Bad service. 1st you not followed the SOP. Without any notice they send my car back. Before send the car back, you should inform the owner 1st. Always contact me to inform about compulsory excess that didn't need, but forgot to called me before sending back my car? Ask me to pay more without refer to claim insurance 1st. When i told them, insurance full cover didn't have to pay for compulsory excess. They just ignored me. Call didn't pickup. Message also didn't replied. I will make the report about this case. You sent back my car after 2 weeks without any notice and reason. Also no record from claim takaful made. How could u ask for more money if u still didn't refer with claim takaful. No record claim were made for my car number. 2weeks with nothing. How could this shop be panel shop for insurance? Your staff so rude also. But, i think your shop also have problem.
Send a car after accident. Workshop keeps asking for unnecessary payment. Keep giving excuses that Insurance does not cover n already asked for confirmation from the insurance HQ. But when I called the Takaful HQ no record of claim report been done on my car. Suddenly, the shop send back my car to my house without notice and informing the owner first. Report had been send from my side to Takaful Malaysia HQ and KPDN. Totally disappointed with how we were treated. One more things the shop also asked us to pay for the towing services while my insurance covered for 50 KM towing service. The shop was not more than 15KM for my house. Don't know how it was a panel for Takaful Malaysia Insurance but gave a bad service. Staff were also unhelpful and arrogant.
So far having no experience sending car for repair only asking for quotations
