1st time datang sni selepas experience kedai di jln reko yg setiap servis mesti charge Rm400- Rm500. Kedai ni ok..Selesa. Ruang menunggu yg luas, bersih. Servis ok kedai tak suka2 nak tmbah and charge ntah apa2. Servis pun blh opt for car wash if want..Next time akan dtg lagi. Please maintained your service keep work!

Tempat yang selesa utk customer menunggu.. disediakan air minuman panas.. air cowayy pun ada kalau xnak manis dan sejuk .. toilet dan surau yang bersih .. sistem giliran tersusun .. love sangat2 datang servis kete kat sini .. Tv pun ada dan mesra kanak2 ..

Customer service baik. Ruang menunggu tak besar, tapi selesa aje untuk orang tak cerewet macam saya.

Supposedly get no star at all, book for an appointment at 12.00pm. Arrive on time. Check in with receptionist, and were ask to wait for 2-3 hours which im okay with it. But from 12pm - 1.40pm my car was still parked outside and no mechanice took my car for inspection whatsoever. While there is at least 4 service bay that were empty. (Picture for proof) at least 3 car with hood open but no one doing nothing for at least one hour. The only logical reasoning was that all of the mechanic were on break, but why did you open that slot for booking? While you can close the slot from being book? Poor manpower management. Such a waste of time.

Trusted workshop with experienced mechanics for the Perodua, Nissan and other Japanese made cars. I have been sending my cars to this workshop since early 2000 at their original location in Jalan Reko Kajang.

My Single Star Is Due To The Following Reason: 1. If you have booked your service (Perodua Online Booking Portal) and inspection which is available, you may notice the staff will call you and propose another date that you will not able to service / inspection due to less technician to handle but if you are only intend to service all the day and slot is available. Simple Business Model, Service means more $$$$$$ and inspection means NO $$$$$$, inspection for vehicle under warranty is no revenue but the vendor's obligation to perform warranty services. I hope the management will able to improve the concern I have highlighted, Revenue is important but honor you obligation to your principal (PERODUA) and its customer whom has a high regards on Perodua's Produce Vehicles.

Was A Nissan authorised service centre at Kajang, (previously located at 133, Jalan Reko, Kajang, now, the Kajang Commuter and MRT station). The Service Centre, currently at Kajang Utama light industrial area, still maintains their Services for non warranty Nissan and others cars . Customers not familiar with the location can be directed via google maps or gps. Reliable workmanship.
