Good experience. Staffs are friendly and honest. They only recommend whats really required for your car and do not hardsell or promote unnecessary upgrades/repairs. Recommended! Lounge area is comfortable with small pantry area that has light snacks and drinks.

Sent my car to Benz Auto for repairs on a friend’s recommendation and was impressed from the start. Their response was prompt, and booking an appointment was hassle-free. The admin team was very helpful, and the mechanic took time to patiently answer my questions. Although the final bill was higher than expected due to unforeseen issues discovered after dismantling some parts, the service and professionalism gave me peace of mind. Went Benz Auto for servicing and repair works for water and oil leaking. Will definitely go baack again. Highly recommended Car workshop in JB. The Mechanics is friendly and explained clearly on the work done.

Discovered Benz Auto on FB and google reviews. Many MB owners rated good services and repair jobs done. My W246 B-class has encountered past 8 months with left side engine bay knocking sound from low knock noise to recently louder sound intermittently when car moved off at stationary or up carpark hump/ramp. Decided to visit workshop to have it checked. Their expert checked and diagnosis my gearbox mount maybe not set correctly since my last engine mounts replaced by another workshop. They reinstall the gearbox mount alignment and test drive no more knocking sound. They ask me to monitor next few days if problem resolve or not. I also replace a new engine air intake hose due to original wear out. The intermittent sound came back next few days and i made another appointment to visit on Xmas eve for them to diagnose indepth the root cause. Ah Xiang discovered the lower engine gearbox mount spoiled, suspect OEM part not installed properly. New original part is installed now as stock is available & now note the engine key starts up without vibration as before. So far after there is no intermittent knock sound but will continue to monitor next few days driving around JB road conditions.
