It is only once in a blue moon that we come across a service provider that we know we will definitely go back to, and today is such a day for me. My air-con is blowing out hot air, and I decide to get it checked out, fully prepared that I may need a compressor replacement. Alex is friendly and patient, carefully investigating the issue and finally concluded that it is a faulty relay that is causing the problem. My problem is solved at a fraction of my initial expected cost, he has definitely made my day. Thank you Alex.

Drove to Penang from KL last week. My aircond blower stopped working from Ipoh to Penang. The next day, the aircond blower was working as usual, but I took my car here anyway just to get it checked for my trip back to KL in a few days. They had a look and gave some simple advice. It was just a technical issue. No repairs needed. Free honest advice given by very friendly staff. Thumbs up to them. Thank you so much!
Was told certain price for a OEM radiator fan. A little above average, but oh well it's in Tanjung Tokong and wanna save the fuss of visiting two places, hence proceeded with purchase. Subsequently owner mumbling regarding something not available and being told to replace with a Thailand made product and offered me a cheaper price without specified and clarification. Was trying to reconfirm what has been said and being ignored and proceeded with installation. Thought of giving it a try. After one week of usage the product is noisy in comparison of the original fan. But well, the aircond is cold at least. But definitely would pay the extra rm100 for the OEM one. Star rating reflect overall experience.
Charged me rm130 for the aircond filter and gas refill. He told me that the cabin aircond filter cost RM90, which normally cost less than RM20 for a good one. Bad review given. Beware of the con
