After enjoying durians at a Balik Pulau durian stall at 6 p.m. yesterday, I couldn’t restart my car – which I thought might be due to a failed battery. As I am from KL, I asked my hotel’s concierge for advice and he recommended CarMedic Auto Repairs. I called up at 8 p.m. and one of their supervisors by the name of Ah Seng answered and based on my description of the problem, diagnosed that it was likely to be due to a faulty starter instead of a weak battery. He also advised for my car to be towed to CarMedic by the free service offered by my insurer, MSIG. Even late at night he patiently entertained my questions regarding the cost of various options and also arrangements for the next day. My car was towed to CarMedic this morning at 11 a.m. and Ah Seng’s diagnosis proved to be correct. By 2 p.m. my car was ready for collection. Excellent and professional service at a very reasonable price. I am from out of town and could very easily be taken advantage of, but my experience was quite the opposite. I am delighted to give CarMedic my highest recommendation.

여기는 진정으로 소비자의 문제에 관심이 없습니다. 겨격은 비싸고 조금 귀찮은 정비작업은 가격이 비싸다고 둘러 됩니다. 처음 고칠땐 친절하게 하지만 다음에 방문때는 먼저 아는척을 안했다. 직원들도 손님을 친절하게 대하지 않아요. 기분이 매우 속성했어요. 자동차수리보단 사람들에게 친절하게 되하고 하나라도 더 써비스 해주려는 마음을 갖기 바랍니다. 사람은 잘 고치는것도 중요하지만 존중을 받기 원한다는 점을 기억했으면 좋겠어요. 다른사람 추천은 절대 못하겠어요.

Decent workmanship to get the car back in running order. Doorstep car pick up and drop off. Very patient cashier who went through every line item before payment. Credit cards accepted. Proice can be a bit steep here
