I first walked into BYD in November 2025, and Mahadzir was the Sales Advisor who assisted me. From the start, he was very honest and transparent, clearly explaining both the pros and cons without hiding anything. That honesty made me feel comfortable and confident to proceed with him. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended what suited me best, without being pushy at all. He is kind, warm, and genuinely cares about his customers. I needed help with car plate retention and selling my old car. Mahadzir handled everything very well from beginning to end. I had checked with several dealers who offered very low prices, but he really fought for me and managed to get a better price in the end. Even after the car was delivered, his after-sales service remained excellent. He continued helping me follow up on the JPJ plate retention process and provided helpful advice whenever needed. I highly recommend Ann Lee for anyone looking for a BYD vehicle. I have known her for two years since we tested the BYD Atto 3 during its first launch in Malaysia. I had expressed my interest in the Dynasty L model, similar to the Sealion, but it was not launched in Malaysia. Instead, they launched the Sealion 7, which is the car I have been looking for. Ann remembered my request from a year ago and contacted me. Her dedication to remembering her customer’s needs was impressive. Although the EV market in Malaysia is not yet mature, Ann’s service was exceptional. Two years later, with the impending end of the EV tax exemption, I was considering replacing my 15-year-old Vios. My friends(Who bought Atto 2 and Atto 3, from Ann as well) suggested I go and have a try, and I contacted Ann again. She provided exceptional service, explaining every detail and sharing bid numbers for my first time. She kept me informed and quickly resolved all the necessary arrangements. I was able to take my car within three weeks after making a deposit before end of Dec. Ann’s professionalism and friendliness make her a highly recommended salesperson for anyone seeking a BYD vehicle.
