They does help me save 2 years money for today. Will comeback on next service and recommended to everyone!

VERY SATISFIED. Ever since I bought my Grand Livina, car is best but the air con never felt cold at afternoon then I went to workshop but mechanic told me everything is fine so once warranty over I went to many air con shops, all say the same things, this car air flow is just so-so, won't as cold as other model. Until yesterday I found this shop, the boss told me with 100% confident they can solve the air flow problem so I try trusting them & let them fix it. Once done I got into my car, my feeling are they really did it! Now my air con is really cold & the air flow at least 3 times farther! Years of problem finally solved. Brought my other car to fix, just few minutes checking, as always they found out the issue. Really really good job. The boss & workers are so professional & friendly. Absolutely worth the money & sure satisfied!! Must find them if u have air con problem. Many thanks to Boss Ah Seng & workers!!

Very bad services. I pay for original price condenser, but after 3 month use, my condenser already broke. Then change again, for the second time, i pay half from the origin although still in warranty, still they asked for payment. Then just used for 2 month, my condenser broke again. Then i came again asked for warranty change, the said they not responsible for the problem because they said other customers change with them are okay, why my car problem. Then they accused my engine too hot, cause the condenser broke. Then they told me to go to other shop, they dont want to take responsible. Very bad services. I advise you guys for not take service from this shop, very bad!!!

28/6/24 left the car(picanto) checked and quoted us RM1100 for cooling coil, a/c oil, expansion valve and filter etc. We agreed the price and as expected, we hope the a/c is fixed when collect the car. However the a/c was not cooling and the next day only hot air coming out. (He only told us might need to check the alternator with other foreman when we picked up the car). And other place foreman checked, alternator is normal charging. 2/7/24 Return for fixing. He told us the compressor was broken/leaking. Require another RM1100 to repair. How did they not found this problem from the first time checking? We felt cheated and his response was "if the compressor was not broken he wouldn’t told us to change." Meaning it broke once they "fixed" the a/c? Bad decision for choosing this place. Just unprofessional and hassles. Left review on google because we think ppl should reconsider this shop. He said we no moral for doing such. I think scamming customers or not admit mistake are consider no work ethic! It doesn’t matter to how many years you had open this business. And to say customer "got money buy car, but no money to fix car" is simply a terrible person. If you listen to yourself talking(explain things) you’ll become rude too. Try to think yourself as a customer. Not telling us how will it be if we’re a business owner.
