This Motor Image Subaru service center is small, only 1 sales advisor, 2 technicians, and 1 guard, but it also means that the supervisor will personally involve himself, more personal and human interaction and will make sure you get the results. The technician supervisor makes the effort come up to talk to you about the car and the complaint that you have, thats a plus point. The sales advisor is courteous , listen to you, and spend time digging through your car service history, thats a plus point. In addition, He will not push and hard sale products to you too. I have confidence in keeping my 10years old Forester with this team around. The only thing is you got to give this small team more time to do the job, which I find the waiting time is similar to other overcrowded brand, yet lack the attention to detail this team has. Overall these team is professional and operate by the standards. Keep up the good work sales advisor Azlan and Technician Iqmal. 👍
Friendliest service centre that is attentive and good at following up on historical matters and services appointments. Their service advisor would recommend what's necessary and best for your vehicle. If need a more personalise arrangements with services, can be arranged in advance. Kudos to the team at this centre.
Ther appointment as planned took off immediately as I arrived. The team were very professional. I was offerred drinks and snacks with comfortable lounge to laze around. I did not need to wait too long and in good time I was ready to leave. Thanks to the staff and team.
