Had a relatively minor accident where my car's left headlight, left fender and bumper were damaged. A runner recommended that I send my car to this workshop for repair. A week later, was told that they do not deal with Zurich (conventional) and that they will transfer my car to another workshop, which took another week. In all this, getting in touch with them was a hassle. They frequently did not answer calls and ignored WhatsApp messages. In the end, I decided to withdraw and retrieved my car. To my surprise, the seats of my car was messed up and soiled with dirt and mud. Also, they had mysteriously used up about a quarter tank of petrol despite having no work done on the car. God knows what they did to my car. Very unprofessional and a complete lack of respect for the customer. Do not come here.

Follow up the progress with them but text never reply, call also doesn't want to pick up. After calling only reply my text message. Doubt their working professionalism, submitted wrong document to insurance, wasted 2 months waiting for approval while it can be approved within a week time.

I would not recommend this shop, and I will never return again. The service crew was not honest, and the workmanship was extremely poor. They were very irresponsible and did not care about the quality of the work they were doing. On top of that, the pricing was unreasonable for such bad service. Very disappointing experience overall.
