Terbaik boss!!! Masalah ac kereta saya selesai dalam beberapa jam saja sejak saya mula repair ac dari tahun 2016 di bengkel lain dalam bintulu.. staff serius buat kerja sangat puas hati dengan hasil kerja.. Dan machine dalam kedai complete..100% recommended untuk warga bintulu.. #ownerkelisa

I had my car’s air-conditioning serviced here and was very impressed with the overall experience. The owner is friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, while the team of workers are also well-trained and easy to communicate with. The workmanship was excellent — thorough, careful, and with no shortcuts taken throughout the servicing process. One aspect I particularly value is the transparency. Before proceeding with any replacement or repair, the owner clearly explains the situation and seeks customer approval. He also provides practical suggestions, recommending what should be prioritized first based on the customer’s budget. This level of honesty and professionalism builds trust and ensures customers feel confident in their decisions. Overall, this workshop combines expertise, integrity, and quality service. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them to others.

Recommended to get your car aircond service here. Price offered was affordable & reasonable. I went here intended to have my major service aircond as suggested by my service centre. Months past by from my last service centre visit, my aircond kinda acting up weirdly. Told the owner my aircond blows cold air however when its idle, the aircond is still cold but not as cold as when its running/ driving. It doesnt have the issue of no cold air blowing in or engine tripped due to aircond. Before the owner proceed to quote me, he wanted to give my car a check first to know whats the problem/ items that really need to be change. I ended up with servicing my backseat aircond as the aircond outlet was blocked. Im driving a toyota avanza 2008 model. He suggested me to change my compressor oil too. I dont need to service my front aircond as it was working fine and my aircond temperature was 8.9’c. My total bill was RM350 for this. Thanks to my colleague who had suggested this place & ive heard other bintulu residents mentioned they sent their car aircond to get it fixed here too. Will come back again for aircond service & recommends it to other friends i know of having aircond problems.
