After discovering their shop on Club Audi Malaysia & multiple visits over the span of 1+ years, I’m happy to say that this shop is one of the very very rare good shops in KL area. They have a good balance of technical knowledge, transparency, great welcoming + fast service (please look for Shoh) & pricing that’s worth it. I’ve been coming here for various repairs after buying a used VAG, and the car is only getting better and better. Shoh & team also accommodates my personal maintenance requests with great communication (following up), which is so hard to find in 2026. They’ve also been able to source very small rarer parts where a lot of shops can’t, so another plus point there. Lastly honest review about pricing, this isn’t harga jackpot cincai workshop, nor insanely expensive either. Their quality of work outshines the pricing for me personally. Only negative part? Shop is a bit small, parking is hard but can always book a slot with Shoh. If you’re looking for somewhere where the shop is friendly, transparent on what they can/cannot do, and has quality, I highly recommend coming here for European car repairs.

My Merc has been taken cared by JLF about a year now and I’m very happy with the advise, fixes and results. Shoh is extremely experienced in identifying issue encountered. The charges are very reasonable and honest everytime. It’s a rare find to have a trustworthy mechanic. Deserve a 5 star. Thank you Shoh and the team.

Huge shoutout to Shoh for taking amazing care of my car! Since early December until now, my car feels brand new. He really goes the extra mile by checking everything thoroughly and fixing what needs to be done. The best part? He always updates you first on what needs to be changed and how much it’ll cost, which I really appreciate since I’m on a budget. He also gives solid, honest advice on what should be prioritized.
